How To Shop

For First Time Users


For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

If you are a returning customer and have an account, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken directly to the first ‘Checkout’ tab.

Shipping

For the Spanish Peninsula

For the Spanish Peninsula, shipments are free and shipping times are 24/48 h. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and will run from the date of shipment; we are not responsible for any delays caused by the transport company.

For the rest of Europe

For the rest of Europe a shipping cost of € 5.60 will be charged for standard shipments with delivery in 5/7 working days and € 9.90 for express shipments with delivery within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and will run from the date of shipment; we are not responsible for any delays caused by the transport company.

For the rest of the world

For the rest of the world a shipping cost of € 20 will be charged for shipments with delivery in 3/4 working days. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and will run from the date of shipment; we are not responsible for any delays caused by the transport company.

Tracking your Order

You will recive an email with the tracking code.

Returns and Refunds

We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a return within 15 days from delivery of the items, taking care of the shipping costs. The cost of the product will instead be reimbursed or a new product can be purchased according to the customer’s choice as soon as FLOREtreeD has received the product.

You will receive an email with the direction to which to send the package.
